Your Slice of Cozumel

For my last blog a lot of you responded, you would love to come to visit me. But it is just to much money. Rest assured I understand. So because all of us are a little tight on cash, I thought I would give you a little tour in pictures. You own Piece of the Cozumel Pie.

We have the best beaches.

The diving and snorkeling is great here.

This is a picture of the town square.

This is a light house here on the island. Behind it is a Star Bocks

We have beautiful water falls and statues.

We have a Carnival here in February.

And everyone participates.

This is the old church. You will find it in the Main Square.

This is the traditional women's clothing. It is called the Yucateca style. You can still see many older women wearing it every day.

I wish this was a joke that was just on "Nocho Libre" but people really do wear the masks.

But best of all are the sun sets.
They remind me every day of how much the Lord blesses me.

Tulum

More adventures.

Monica Mom and Daniel

Nice and wet for this picture

Before discovering the fun at the beach.
Heidi do you like my shirt. Shopping and returning with you was so much fun thanks.

The best thing every LOVE.

So I have decided that Tulum is the Visitors spot if you come and see me. Most likely I will end up taking you to Tulum. Daniel's Mom visited for about 1 month and his niece is living with us will she studies English so while everyone was here we went to Tulum. It was so much fun. The one thing we did different this time as to the last two times visited (once Daniel and I for our Honeymoon and second with Darren and Heidi) was play in the beach. The water is so warm and the waves are perfect just enough to make you feel like you are going to die but still kind enough to not kill you. It was so much fun to jump the waves. Come on down and you can experience our new discovery for yourself.

Thanks for coming and visiting.

Rexburg Temple

When I went and visited the States in June I went to the Rexburg Temple with Alena and we went true a session. It was really nice to go for many reasons. I was there for the ground breaking and so that was fun to see it all done. I was nice to not have to deal with head phones the hole time falling off and making senses. And I was able to go with my sister. We both enjoyed it. It was funny because I had forgotten my recommend and we talked with the temple president on the phone and he said it is OK, just come in and we can call your Bishop. So we did and when I gave him the information to call Mexico and he said oh what am I suppose to do with this I can't speak Spanish. I was so sad. I had Daniel email me everything that was written on my recommend and so I gave that to the President as well. He left for about 5 minutes and then came back and said it was OK I could go through. I was so happy. Thank you Heavenly Father for helping me out because I am sure the President did not call Mexico. It was for sure a miracle.

Look how pretty the grass is. I miss grass. But I don't miss snow.

This picture is my Favorite. It is so pretty. And look at those clouds, it snowed that day. Snow on the 13 of June. Only in Rexburg. Alena and I

When I was in the temple I ran into one of my first roommates from College. Melanie. It was fun to catch up with her. What a small world really.
